Interlocking concrete blocks

Westbay Concrete’s Interlocking Concrete Blocks are a stackable pre-cast solution, allowing you to construct safer and stable structures. These structures can be either temporary or permanent, with the interlocking design making it easy to disassemble and reconstruct.

The unique interlocking system allows the blocks to self align for a safer and time-saving installation. The four sizes allow for endless, unique possibilities.

Note: One face is hand trowelled and may have some small imperfections. Some recycled concrete may vary slightly in colour

Lifting the blocks

Swift Lift Pins

All of our blocks utilise a Swift Lift design that enables a speedy solution to lift the blocks, safely into place.

For our Standard range, the 600 Block, 1200 Block and 1800 Block use a 2.5 tonne Swift Lift Pin, while the 2400 Block uses a 5 tonne Swift Lift Pin.

For our Mega range, both the 800 Block and 1600 Block use a 5 tonne Swift Lift Pin.

For our Custom range, both the Roofed 1800 Block and Slanted 2400 Block use a 5 tonne Swift Lift Pin.

Lifting Clutches and Chains

We have Swift Lift Clutches and certified lifting chains available for purchase/hire.

Transportation

The blocks can be transported on standard trailers, taking into consideration the mass of the blocks. Larger orders are typically on Flat-Deck Truck Trailers.

We have facilities available to load the blocks out of Westbay Concrete.
